Scorecards, by InsightSquirrel
Scorecards for your networking group
A few questions, a score, and a result worth reading. InsightSquirrel, from the team behind NetworkingBadger, makes scorecards and surveys that people finish. This is how networking groups use them inside NetworkingBadger, at half price with a licence.
What is a scorecard?
A short set of questions, usually six to twelve, that ends with a score and a page written for that score. Somebody answers in a couple of minutes on their phone and learns something about themselves. You learn what they need, and, if they agree, how to get back to them. Surveys work the same way without the score.
Three ways a networking group can use one
Is this group right for you?
For visitors. What kind of business they run, who they want to meet, and how much time they have. The result tells them honestly whether your group suits them, and tells you who to sit them next to on the day.
How was the meeting?
For members and visitors, the day after. Three or four questions about the speaker, the room and the introductions, so you hear about a problem before it becomes a lapsed member.
A health check people want to take
For your own marketing. “How strong is your business network?” brings in exactly the people who should be visiting your group, and the result can invite them to come along.
How it works with NetworkingBadger
You build your scorecard on InsightSquirrel: start from a template or describe what you want and let its assistant build it, and put it in your colours. Then, on the Scorecards page of your NetworkingBadger dashboard, paste its link and choose who sees it.
- Visitors see it on their own visit page once they have registered, with their name and email already filled in. Their result comes back to their record, so the member who invited them and the organiser greeting them both know what they are looking for.
- Members see it as a card on Home in the member app, such as a survey after a meeting. Their answers go to you in InsightSquirrel.
- Your members and visitors see only your group. You see that it comes from InsightSquirrel, because that is where it is made.
Half price, with your licence
Any InsightSquirrel plan is half the regular price for an organisation with a NetworkingBadger licence, for as long as you keep that subscription. You buy it from the Scorecards page in your dashboard, and InsightSquirrel bills you.
- Spark: £7.50 a month instead of £15, or £72 a year. 2 live scorecards, 200 answers a month. Answers stay in InsightSquirrel.
- Grow: £22.50 a month instead of £45, or £216 a year. 10 live scorecards, 1,500 answers a month. Sends visitors’ results back to NetworkingBadger.
- Scale: £49.50 a month instead of £99, or £475.20 a year. Unlimited scorecards, 6,000 answers a month. Sends visitors’ results back to NetworkingBadger.
InsightSquirrel’s prices include VAT. Sending visitors’ results back needs Grow or Scale. Pricing has the NetworkingBadger licence itself.
What about visitors’ details?
A visitor answers on InsightSquirrel, from their visit page, and decides whether to send their details with their answers. When they do, InsightSquirrel sends their result to your NetworkingBadger account, and only the result is kept: the scorecard, the outcome and the score. You and the member who invited them can see it; other members only if the visitor chose to be visible to members. A result never sends anybody an email on its own, and anything you send a visitor still checks what they agreed to. InsightSquirrel is named in our privacy policy, and the data page explains the rest.
