Who it is for
Industry peer groups
Accountancy practices, estate agents, financial advisers, builders, dental practices, independent retailers. Firms in the same line of work, far enough apart not to compete, who meet to compare notes and steal each other's best ideas. The value is in the room. The organising is what holds it back.
Groups that never compete
Put firms together by region, by size or by speciality, as your model needs. Each group is its own, with its own members and meetings, and members only see the members of their own group. Add as many groups as you like: the price is per member, never per group.
Each member carries their firm, what they do and what they are looking for, so before you put a new firm in a group you can check nobody in it is on their patch.
Meetings people keep coming to
Quarterly, monthly or whatever suits the trade, set once and reminded at the times you choose. Attendance builds up per member, so the firms that stop turning up are visible before they stop paying.
Help between meetings
A member asks their group how they handled a difficult client, a new regulation or a recruitment problem, and the group answers. Members can be introduced to each other, pass work across when a job is outside their area, and log the conversations they have. Contact details are shared only when both people agree, and each group has its own private chat.
Recruiting the next firm
Members know the good firms in their trade. Each has a link to share, the firm registers for a meeting as a guest, and says what it is happy to hear about afterwards. Whoever brought them is credited, and every prospect is followed up until they decide.
Membership fees, collected by you
Firms pay you directly, as now. We keep the record of who is due, on monthly, quarterly or annual terms, and send the reminders. We never handle the money and never take a percentage of it.
If you run it for a trade body or a supplier
Plenty of peer groups are run by a trade association, a franchise, or a supplier that wants its customers talking to each other. The same structure fits: regions with their own managers, groups with their own facilitators, and one view of the whole thing for you. The member app carries your name, logo and colours, and members use it in their browser, with nothing to download.
What it costs
£1.50 per active member a month, never less than £75, and no setup fee. A larger programme moving across from another system is quoted. Everything is on the pricing page, and if you would like to talk it through, get in touch.
