Who it is for
Group coaching programmes
You run your clients in groups because they learn as much from each other as from you. The programme lives in your sessions. The admin lives in a calendar, a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and your inbox, and it grows with every cohort you add.
Every cohort in one place
Each cohort is a group, with its own clients, sessions and coach. Add a new cohort whenever you start one; the price is per client, never per cohort, and a client who moves from one programme into the next is counted once. Your dashboard shows every cohort side by side, so you can see which ones are thriving and which need you.
If other coaches run cohorts for you, each of them sees their own groups and nothing else, and you see the lot.
Sessions, booked and reminded
Set the pattern once and the sessions follow. Clients get reminders at the times you choose, can say when they cannot make it, and attendance builds up over the programme. Sessions can be in a room or online.
Clients who help each other
The part of group coaching people value most, and the hardest to make happen between sessions. Clients can ask their cohort for help with something specific, be introduced to another client worth knowing, pass each other work, and log the conversations they have with each other. You get a quiet view of who is engaged and who is slipping.
Each cohort has its own private chat, with you able to look after it. Contact details are never listed; clients share them only when they both agree.
Your name on the app
Clients open an app in your name, logo and colours, at your own address, in a browser or on their phone. It feels like part of your programme, because it is.
Filling the next cohort
Past and current clients are your best source of new ones. Each has a link to share with someone who would benefit, who can register for a taster or discovery session and say what they would like to hear about. Whoever referred them is credited, and every prospect stays on a follow up list until they decide.
Fees stay yours
Programme fees are paid to you, the way they are now. We never take payments or a percentage. We keep the record of who is on which plan, monthly, quarterly or annual, and when each renews, and send the reminders.
What it costs, and what it does not do
£1.50 per active client a month, never less than £75, and no setup fee. See the pricing page.
NetworkingBadger is not a course platform: it does not host videos, worksheets or lessons, and it does not run video calls. It is the community and the organisation around your coaching. If that is the part that takes your time, talk to us.
