Who it is for
Breakfast clubs
Same room, same morning, a good crowd and a venue that needs numbers by Monday night. A breakfast club is the friendliest format in networking and the fiddliest to run, because almost all of the work lands in the twelve hours before it starts.
Numbers for the venue, by Monday night
Members book their place, guests register on their own, and the list is one list rather than a thread, a spreadsheet and three text messages. You can see at a glance how many are coming, how many are guests, and who has sent apologies, so the venue gets a number you can stand behind.
If the room has a capacity, set it. When the meeting fills, the next person goes on the waiting list, and if somebody drops out their place is offered on automatically. Nobody has to be watching.
Reminders at the times that suit a breakfast
Two reminders go to everybody booked, and you choose when each one goes, from an hour to two weeks before. For a 7am start, most clubs settle on the day before and an hour before. Members get theirs in the app, guests get theirs by email, and neither needs you to remember.
Guests, and who brought them
Members share their own link, so a guest can register from their phone while they are still talking about it. The guest says what you may contact them about, which is then checked on every email that follows. The member who invited them is credited, and keeps that credit however long the guest takes to join.
After the meeting there is a list of guests to follow up, in your own words. This is the difference between a club that grows slowly and one that does not grow at all.
Subscriptions without chasing
Most breakfast clubs charge a membership fee and sometimes a meeting fee for the food. Members can be monthly, quarterly or annual side by side, renewal reminders go out before the date, and you record what has been paid. We do not collect a penny of it and we take no percentage: your members pay you exactly as they do now.
An app with your name on it
Your club, your logo, your colours, at your own web address. Members open it on their phone, see the next meeting, book, find each other in the directory and ask the group for what they need. There is nothing to install, and nothing that says the name of a software company.
When the club is more than one morning
Plenty of clubs end up with a second group, in the next town or on another day. Add it and it costs nothing extra: groups are unlimited and the price is per active member, counted once even if somebody comes to both. See networks with several groups.
Getting started before your next meeting
Bring your member list as it stands, in a spreadsheet. Barry sets the club up with you, invites everyone with one link each, and you are running the next meeting from it. What it costs is on the pricing page: from £75 a month, with no setup fee.
Set your first group up today
Barry, our setup assistant, asks you a few questions and fills the whole thing in. You can see what it costs before you start.
