For business networking groups and organisations of every size

Every group. One clear picture.

NetworkingBadger is UK software for running a business networking organisation: your members, your visitors, your meetings and the fees you are owed, in one place. One group or fifty, one town or the whole country.

  • Your members get their own app, in your name and colours, in the browser they already have. Nothing to download.
  • Visitors stop falling through the cracks. Everyone who comes is followed up, and the member who invited them keeps the credit whenever they join.
  • Renewals chase themselves. You see who owes what, reminders go out on time, and you take the money exactly as you do now. We never touch your members’ fees.
  • You can see every group at once. Which one is growing, which one is quietly losing people, and who needs you this month.

£1.50 per active member a month, never less than £75, and no setup fee. Your first month is free, and we email you before your first payment.

Meet Barry, the AI badger who sets it all up for you

The demo is a real organisation with made up people. Nothing to install, nothing to fill in.

  • First month free
  • No long contract
  • Up and running in about fifteen minutes
  • We never touch your members’ fees

One group or many

Start with one group. Add more whenever you are ready.

Every group gets its own members, its own meetings and its own numbers. With one, everything is in one simple place. As you grow, each new group sits alongside the others, with the total across all of them on one screen and every group a tap away.

  • The whole picture, then the detail. The main screen adds up every group. One tap narrows it to any single group.
  • Members can belong to more than one. They see a group switcher, and you count them once.
  • Spot the group that needs help. When a group brings visitors but none of them join, you see it straight away, not at the end of the year.
  • Room to grow. Add regions above your groups when you need them. Nothing has to be rebuilt, and the price never depends on how many groups you run.

What you get

Three parts, one platform.

Everything a networking organisation needs to understand its members, look after them, and grow.

Part 1

Network Intelligence Centre

Know what members need and where opportunities lie.

  • Every group on one dashboard, with the total across all of them
  • Growth reporting from invitation to joining, by member and by meeting
  • Referrals and their value, by member
  • What each member can help with and wants to find, searchable
  • A network overview and regions for larger networks

Part 2

Five-Star Member Experience

Make sure every member and guest feels supported.

  • A member app in your own name, logo and colours, with your own icon on members’ phones
  • Booking, waiting lists and reminders at the times you choose
  • A group chat, and introductions both people agree to
  • Every visitor welcomed before they arrive and followed up after
  • Help requests, so members can ask the group for what they need

Part 3

Growth Engine

Turn member value into invitations, retention, revenue and expansion.

  • Personal invitation links, with credit to whoever brought someone in
  • A follow up list after every meeting until visitors join
  • Renewals tracked, and reminders sent without chasing
  • One to ones and referrals logged in seconds, so members see their return
  • New groups and regions added whenever you are ready

Features

Everything a networking group needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

No endless feed, no harvesting of contact details, no cold messages. Just the things that help your members do business together, and help you win new members and keep the ones you have.

Your own member app

Your name, your logo, your colours. Members just open it in their browser, on a phone or a computer, with nothing to download. Anyone who wants it on their phone adds it to the home screen, where it sits under an icon and name you design: your logo or a photo, your initials or a symbol, on your colour. Or they get the free NetworkingBadger app from the App Store or Google Play.

From visitor to member

Invite visitors, welcome them, introduce them to the right people and follow them up, without a spreadsheet in sight. If they join months later, the member who invited them still gets the credit.

Renewals without the chasing

Monthly, quarterly or annual, whichever your members are on. See who has paid, who is due and who has lapsed, while the reminders go out on their own.

Introductions, not cold messages

Members ask to be introduced, and contact details are only shared once both people say yes. Nobody can privately message a stranger, so nobody gets a sales pitch they did not ask for.

Meetings and bookings

Set up your regular meetings once. Members book their place, a waiting list fills any gaps, guests have places of their own, and on the day you know exactly who is coming.

Referrals and one to ones

Recorded in a few taps, so they actually get recorded. Members can see the business their membership has brought them, which is the best reason there is to renew.

How it works

Live before your next meeting.

Barry sets it up with you, and there is no onboarding call you have to book three weeks out.

  1. With Barry

Step 1: Tell Barry about your groups

Barry, our setup badger, asks where and when each group meets, what members pay and which colours you use, then sets it up. Prefer forms? Those work too.

  2. Step 2: Bring your members in

Upload the spreadsheet you already keep, or paste the list into your chat with Barry. Everyone gets an invitation, signs in from their browser and fills in their profile. No app to download.

  3. Step 3: Run your meeting

Bookings, visitors and the list of who is coming. Members log their one to ones and referrals on the way out, while it is still fresh.

  4. Step 4: Members renew without being asked twice

Follow ups happen, visitors join, and members can see what their membership has been worth. Then they renew without being asked twice.

Get started

Nothing to install, and no long contract.

Meet Barry

Tell Barry about your groups. He sets everything up.

Barry is our setup badger, an AI assistant built into NetworkingBadger. Describe your organisation in plain English, the way you would to a new colleague, and he builds your setup as you talk. One question at a time, no long forms, and always friendly and polite.

What Barry does for you

  • Your groups and meetings. Say “first Thursday of the month at the Clarendon Arms” and he works out the real dates, then checks them with you.
  • Plans and prices. Monthly, quarterly or annual, with a joining fee if you charge one. Not sure? He suggests what most groups do.
  • Renewal reminders. When members hear before their renewal falls due, or the usual 30 days, 7 days and on the day.
  • Your look. Your colour and logo, on your member app from the first day.
  • Your members. Upload the spreadsheet you already keep, or paste your list straight into the chat. He tells you if any line needs fixing.
  • Your invitation and your team. Standard wording for the invitation email, or help writing your own, and the people who help you run things.
Get started and meet Barry

Name your organisation and Barry takes it from there.

An example conversation, with made up names.

You check it all first

Barry builds a draft. You look through it on one page and press Set it all up. Nothing goes live before that.

Skip anything

Leave any part for later and carry on with Barry whenever it suits you.

Members’ details stay private

Barry never sees anyone’s name, email address or phone number. The site reads your list and tells him only how many people there are.

See it in action

A closer look.

What your members see, what you see, and the reports that show it is working. These are examples, with made up names and numbers.

For your members

An app your members will actually open

Your organisation’s name and colours, not ours, at its own address such as yourname.networkingbadger.com. Nobody ever sees another organisation’s members.

  • Book in a tap. Their place at the next meeting, with a reminder before it.
  • Find the right people. A directory that never shows anyone’s email address or phone number.
  • Introductions, not cold messages. Contact details are shared only when both people say yes.

Nothing to download. Members open it in the browser they already use, on their phone or their computer, and sign in. That is all it takes. Added to a phone’s home screen, it sits under your own icon and name: your logo or a photo, your initials or a symbol, on your colour.

If they would rather have an app, it is free on the App Store or Google Play: they sign in and find your group waiting. Entirely their choice.

For your growth

Visitors become members

A member shares a link in a WhatsApp group. The visitor registers in under a minute and arrives already knowing who is worth finding. If a meeting is full, they join the waiting list.

  • Their choice, in plain English. They confirm their email and say what you may do with their details.
  • A follow up list after every meeting. So nobody who came once is forgotten.
  • Credit where it is due. The member who invited them gets it, even if they take months to join.
For you

Renewals, chased for you

Chasing membership fees usually swallows an evening. Here it takes a couple of minutes. You see who is due, who has paid and who has lapsed, and one click nudges everyone who needs it.

  • Monthly, quarterly and annual. Side by side, whichever each member is on.
  • Reminders that go out on time. Before a renewal falls due, without you lifting a finger.
  • Payments recorded in two clicks. Or match a bank statement against your members by email.

Why NetworkingBadger

Built for networking. Not bent into shape for it.

Most organisers run their groups on a mix of spreadsheets, a WhatsApp group, an events site and, sometimes, general membership software. Each does a part. None of them was built for how a networking organisation actually grows.

Instead of: A spreadsheet for each group, added up by hand

Every group on one screen, with the total across all of them

Instead of: A WhatsApp group that slowly fills with adverts

A group chat your organisers look after, and introductions both people agree to

Instead of: Visitors who come once and are never followed up

A follow up list after every meeting, and credit for whoever invited them

Instead of: Chasing unpaid fees one member at a time

Reminders that go out on time, and a clear list of who has lapsed

Instead of: An app with somebody else’s name on it, or none at all

Your name, logo and colours, always

Instead of: Paying per group, or a percentage of your members’ fees

One licence by active members. Your members’ money never comes near us

Your money stays yours

We never touch your members’ fees.

Your members pay you the way they always have. NetworkingBadger keeps track of who is on which plan, when each one renews, who has paid and who has not, and chases the ones who need chasing.

  • Standing order
  • Direct Debit
  • Bank transfer
  • Card
  • Cash at the door

What we do not do is sit between you and your members’ money, or take a percentage of it. You pay for the software and nothing else.

0%

of your members’ fees, ever.

The money goes from them to you, and never comes near us.

Monthly, quarterly and annual, side by side

Every member record carries which plan they are on, what they pay and when it is next due, however the money actually reaches you.

Nothing for your members to set up

No new payment account, no mandate, no card to enter. They carry on paying you, and you see it recorded.

Pricing

One licence, priced on your active members.

Every feature and every group, for every network. The licence grows with your membership, never with how many groups you split it into.

How the licence works

  • £75 a month minimum, which covers up to 50 active members.
  • £1.50 per active member a month as your network grows, and £1.25 for each member beyond 1,000.
  • An active member is counted once, however many groups they are in. Visitors and lapsed members are free.
  • Every feature and every group, for everyone. Your members’ fees never come near us.
Example licences by number of active members, excluding VAT
Active membersMonthlyAnnual
Up to 50£75£900
100£150£1,800
250£375£4,500
1,000£1,500£18,000
2,000£2,750£33,000

For a network of 1,000 members the licence is £1.50 each a month. If your members pay £50 a month, that is 3% of what you collect.

There is no setup fee

You set up with Barry, in minutes, and it is part of the licence. Having us do it instead is optional, and we quote it before any of it starts.

Questions

The things organisers ask first.

Straight answers, grouped by what you are wondering about.

Can’t see your question?

Ask us anything. A real person replies asap, from hello@networkingbadger.com.

Ask us a question

Getting started

How long does it take to get going?

About fifteen minutes. Tell Barry, our setup badger, about your group, upload or paste the member list you already keep, and your members’ invitations go out as soon as you have checked everything. Anything else can wait until it suits you.

Do I have to set everything up myself?

No. Barry, our setup badger, is an AI assistant built into NetworkingBadger. Tell him about your groups, meetings, plans and prices in plain English, upload your member spreadsheet or paste the list into the chat, and he builds your setup for you. You check it all on one page before anything goes live. He never sees your members’ names, email addresses or phone numbers. If you would rather use the forms, everything works without him too.

Licence and money

Do you collect our membership fees?

No. Your members pay you exactly as they do now. We keep track of who is on which plan, what each of them pays, when it renews and whether it has been paid, and we send the reminders. The money never comes near us and we never take a percentage of it.

We run four groups on different days. Is that extra?

No. Your licence is based on your active members across the whole organisation, not on how many groups you split them into. Run one group or a dozen: the same members cost the same.

What counts as an active member?

Someone holding an active membership of your organisation, counted once however many of your groups they belong to. Visitors, people you have invited who have not joined yet, and lapsed members do not count. The licence is £1.50 per active member a month, never less than £75 (50 members), and £1.25 for each member beyond 1,000.

Is there a setup fee?

No. You set your organisation up yourself, with Barry doing most of the typing, and you pay only the licence at checkout. We charge for setting up only where we do the work: £1,000 to £2,500 for several groups moved across from spreadsheets, £5,000 to £15,000 or more for a large multi-region network. That is quoted before anything starts, and invoiced separately.

Can our members see only our name, not yours?

They already see your name, logo and colours, at your own web address if you like. White label goes further, as an add-on to the licence: emails come from your own domain, such as members@yournetwork.co.uk, the assistant in the app goes by a name you choose, and our name is kept out of your members’ way except where the law needs us named. It is £150 a month, or £1,800 a year with an annual licence, plus £250 once to set up, all plus VAT, and you can add or remove it on the Billing page.

What if it turns out not to suit us?

Cancel in your first month and you pay nothing: the first 30 days are free. You give your card details when you start, and we email you 3 days before the first payment, so it never comes as a surprise. Export your data from the Billing page first and it is yours to keep.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: your first month is free, on monthly and annual licences alike. You give your card details when you start, nothing is taken for 30 days, and we email you 3 days before the first payment with the amount and the date. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. There is no long contract either: after that, leave whenever you like, and your licence runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. Pay monthly or annually and cancel whenever you like; your licence runs to the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel within 7 days of your first annual payment, we refund it in full.

We already sell tickets for our bigger events somewhere else.

Carry on. Add your ticket link to any meeting and members will see a button that takes them there. Nothing in NetworkingBadger depends on where you sell tickets. If you are looking for somewhere new, TicketOtter, from our team, charges just 40p + VAT per ticket, with no percentage fees and no subscription.

Members and visitors

Do members have to download an app?

No. Members use it in the browser they already have, on a phone or a computer: they open the link, sign in, and they are in, with nothing to download. If someone would like an app anyway, the free NetworkingBadger app is on the App Store or Google Play: they sign in with the email address you invited them with, and it opens as your group’s app, in your name and colours. It is entirely their choice.

Do visitors need an account?

No. A visitor follows the link a member shares, registers in a minute, and confirms their email address. They choose what they are happy for you to do with their details, and can change their mind from their own visit page.

Can members message each other?

Each group has its own group chat, which its organisers look after and can remove posts from. Private conversations are different, and deliberately so: one opens when an introduction has been accepted by both people, or when someone replies to a request for help. Your membership never becomes a list for someone to pitch to.

Your data

Is it GDPR compliant, and where is our data kept?

Your data is stored in London. Your organisation stays in control of your members’ and visitors’ information and we look after it for you under our data processing terms. Visitors give their consent in plain English before anything is sent to them, and it is checked every time.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It is yours. Export your members and payment records at any time, in a spreadsheet you can open. After you cancel we keep everything for 90 days in case you come back, then delete it.

Give your members something worth opening.

Set up your first group today, with Barry doing the typing. No sales call, and no long contract.

From £75 a month, plus VAT. Cancel whenever you like.
